Terms of Service
Last updated : October 18, 2026
Article 1 — Definitions
In these Terms of Service (hereinafter the “Terms”), the following words shall have the meaning set out below :
- “Publisher” or “We” : Sponge Theory, a company with registered office at 27 Rue Maximilien de Robespierre, 78711 Mantes-la-Ville, France, publisher of the Rayonne platform.
- “Platform” : the online service Rayonne accessible at https://rayonne.sponge-theory.dev, together with all of its features.
- “User” or “You” : any natural or legal person who accesses the Platform and uses the Services.
- “Services” : the set of features offered by the Platform, as described in Article 3.
- “Workspace” : the workspace bound to a User’s SaaS product, which isolates the brief, the strategy, the content and the submissions.
- “Subscription” : the agreement to subscribe to a paid plan unlocking extended features.
- “User Content” : the URLs, texts, images, platform credentials and any content provided by the User in connection with the Services.
Article 2 — Purpose and acceptance
These Terms govern access to and use of the Rayonne Platform.
Registering on the Platform implies full acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Platform.
The Publisher reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect upon publication on the Platform. The User will be informed by e-mail or notification of any material change. Continued use of the Platform after notification constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
Article 3 — Description of the Services
Rayonne is a SaaS solution for marketing autopilot for SaaS offering the following services :
- Product brief : crawl of the User’s website, extraction of the promise, ICP, persona and brand voice, GEO audit through the partner service Audigeo, check of AI assistants’ crawler access to the site.
- Ninety-day strategy : application of the Bullseye method across twenty acquisition channels (Gabriel Weinberg’s nineteen and GEO), AARRR scoring, thirteen-week plan.
- Content generation : production of multi-channel editorial content (directories, threads, LinkedIn posts, articles, newsletter pitches, video scripts) in the founder’s editorial voice, with an LLM-as-judge compliance gate.
- Multi-channel distribution : three submission modes depending on the target platform — Mode A (official API), Mode B (browser extension on the User’s side, coming soon), Mode C (semi-automatic, requiring manual approval). An automatic publication only ever goes out on an account the User connected to their workspace themselves.
- AARRR measurement : aggregation of acquisition, activation, retention, referral and revenue metrics, with multi-channel tracked links.
Sovereign inference. All of Rayonne’s large-language-model processing (writing, analysis, review) is executed in France, on the self-hosted SPT Models infrastructure operated by Sponge Theory. No prompt, no content and no metric is transmitted to OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral, Google (Gemini) or any other external AI provider. The one exception: the GEO measurement (Audigeo, a Sponge Theory service) asks public AI assistants — ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity, run from the United States — the questions of the User’s market, to measure whether they mention it; those questions carry the product’s name, its category, its competitors and its audience’s problems as its brief describes them, plus the questions the User adds themselves — never private data.
Available features depend on the chosen plan (Free, Starter, Pro, Business, Agency). Plan details are listed on the Platform’s pricing page.
Article 4 — Registration and account
Access to the Services requires creating a user account through our authentication provider Clerk. Registration can be performed via e-mail or via a third-party identity provider (Google, Apple, Microsoft).
The User undertakes to provide accurate and up-to-date information at registration and to keep it up-to-date. The User is responsible for keeping login credentials confidential and for any activity carried out from their account.
The User undertakes to notify the Publisher immediately of any unauthorised use of their account.
Article 5 — Subscriptions and pricing
5.1 Plans
The Platform offers five plans :
- Free : free of charge — one workspace, ten pieces of content / month, five platforms ; live publishing in Mode C (kit published by the User), Modes A and B in trial mode: nothing is published through an API or the extension, live publishing being included from the Pro plan.
- Starter — one workspace, fifty pieces / month, thirty platforms ; live publishing in Mode C, Modes A and B in trial mode (live publishing from the Pro plan) ; Mode B (browser extension) included once published.
- Pro — three workspaces, two hundred pieces / month, every platform in the catalogue, autopilot included, live publishing in Modes A, B and C, visibility in AI assistants (GEO) read every week and a full GEO audit every month via Audigeo.
- Business — ten workspaces, unlimited content, every platform in the catalogue, API access, dedicated support, DPA and public subprocessor list.

The prices in force are those displayed on the Platform's pricing page on the day of subscription ; they are defined and billed through Stripe (monthly, or yearly with a discount).
5.2 Subscription and billing
Paid subscriptions run on a monthly or annual basis and renew tacitly. Billing is performed at the start of each period via automatic charge through our payment provider Stripe.

5.4 Termination
The User may terminate their subscription at any time from their account settings or through the Stripe customer portal. Termination takes effect at the end of the current billing period. The User retains access to the paid Services until that date.
No pro-rata refund will be issued for the current period, except where the right of withdrawal is exercised under Article 5.3.
5.5 Price changes
The Publisher reserves the right to amend subscription prices. Any change will be notified to the User at least thirty (30) days before it takes effect. A User who does not accept the change may terminate their subscription before the new price applies.
